Nutri-Soutra is the new activity developed by a teamwork of Sound Specialists, Nutritionists and Psychologists, who have combined sound, nutrition tips and Autogenic Training into one program.

Free Nutri-Soutra Course will only address people diagnosed with cancer. Meetings will start with a minimum of 10 participants.

This educational path uses an original method, aiming at studying the positive influence of sound, nutrition and relaxation on the immune system (PNEI - Psychoneuroendocrineimmunology).

Nutri-Soutra educational path will collect and monitor objective and subjective data of each participant to verify the above assumptions.

There will be a preliminary meeting to explain in general terms the activities, and distribute the measuring methods: questionnaire and collection system of the salivary samples for laboratory determinations.

Nutri-Soutra educational path consists of 2 meetings, which will be integrated with other 6 meetings (scheduled every two weeks) on nutrition education.

The entire educational path is 3 months long.

• SOUTRA - FIRST MEETING will be held on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning, during which principles and use of Soutra method combined with nutrition will be explained. A special application (made specifically for Association NOI) will be loaded on the mobile phone of each participant, enabling users to carry out the program in the comfort of their own home by simply listening to an audio track. Attendees will be asked to fill out some questionnaires, and offered a measurement of specific indicators of the baseline immune status (on saliva). The activity will be performed independently from home for 3 months, according to instructions that will be illustrated for maximum effectiveness.
• SOUTRA - SECOND MEETING at the end of the three-month period: results with Sound Therapists will be discussed.
